New speed engine ( well new to me!)
I sure can't wait to post pics! I got my new to me (only bench run) CS 049 RE. My plan for it is to go in a Chris Sackett bounty hunter. It will be set up for mono-line. I gotta figure out if I'll be using a full pipe, or a mini. I got plenty of eliminator props to test with! Lol.

I would like to see pictures too. I'm not sure I've seen the bounty hunter. I have one of "Partner's" kits, he comes down to our speed contests.

They're neat engines. I have the half pan and full pipe. Two members of the Philly Fliers are speed flyers Glen and James Van sant. James has set the bar pretty high for 1/2A speed. He uses the GZ and a mini pipe. I see in the NASS speed society he has a record of 105 mph. They fly not far from our field but I generally only see them once or twice a year. http://www.clspeed.com/node/3 Ken

Pretty sweet Ken! I'm a member of NASS also. I've seen these run at whittier. So I'm pretty excited to get in on this level of speed competition. This will be my first build of M line. Currently i compete in 1/2A proto and sport jet speed.
Hi duke! I gotta pm you a question in regards to the electric akromaster!

Slight change of plans (pun intended!). After a few email exchanges with the ol' partner himself, I'll be building a white knight powered by this CS. I'll still build the bounty hunter just because it's fun looking. But that will be later. I want to build this for a contest inn April.
