Took some finding but see how you go with this.  I don't know how to set the scale so that the plans print out.  Just keep trying until it comes out the right size I guess. 20 3/4" span. Pat King (who drew these plans) is the guy you need.

I use Staples but Kinkos will do as well. Just give them the wing measurement and let them scale.

Don, another option may be contact Pat King directly from his vendor's corner on Stunt Hangar forums. He may already have a kit with plan in stock or can roll one for you. Plus, you can ask him for is list of plans, kits and supplies. May be save on shipping by ordering another kit of your choosing, etc.

I have one of his kits, a micro Ringmaster for .020 Pee Wee, it is excellently done.

See here for Mr. King's offerings. He loves the RingMaster as seen in the many variations he sells. Frankly, I love his "1/2A+" B-25 designed for a pair of .061s. Half way down the left side of the page is an engine size sort tool:
