Post  Cox International on Tue Jun 05, 2018 1:25 pm

Can anyone please identify which aircraft used the canopy and the rudder?

Canopy looks like one of the ones used on the late (2000's) electric planes (P-47, P-51 types?)

We have a foam Warbird hanging here and, yep, that's what they are ... thanks!

Rudder looks like the same shape/style as the EZ-Flyer P-39 Aracobra and Firebird, but it is the wrong color so might be for the later model ME-109.

It would not be Airacobra as this is what the rudder looks like: https://coxengines.ca/cox-p-39-airacobra-elevator-rudder.html

ME-109 has the same fuselage as Super Stunter and that is a different rudder as well: https://coxengines.ca/cox-chipmunk-fuselage.html

Thanks and, although Super Stunter and Chipmunk share a fuselage, they obviously have different rudders Smile
