Hello guy's, looking for information on minwax, I have heard about some type of Minwax product can be used to fuel proof our planes. Is this correct? An specifically which type?

Re: MINWAX Which one to use
Minwax Polyurethane is what I have used with good results. However, there are two types. In a can that is brush on, or spray, and the other comes in an aerosol. But be forewarned. The one in the can will for some reason, yellow light colors such as white. While teh aerosol does not really seem to have that effect.

Thank you "NEW222" for your quick response. I really appreciate it. Typically how long should I let the minwax cure before it becomes fuel proof? Can you spray this over rustoleum spray paint. I usually just use the solid colors on my planes, just built another .15 size, wanted to try a little more protection.
Thanks again.

Re: MINWAX Which one to use
I had used it in a few days, but I personally like to wait at minimum a week. And if possible, two weeks just to be extra sure. But even though they are fuel proof, I still like to wipe them up immediately. Despite the yellowing in the can/brush on one, I personally liked it better. A local guy has said his latest can of the aerosol was not fuel proof, but I had bought one after him and mine was ok.
