I did not yet follow any of the building links...basic question...seems obvious...can each file be SCALED?

Buildings are OO gauge, 1/76 scale. I think that they are suitable for HO gauge, 1/87 scale.

All model railway set need at least one Cox container

Could do a scene by a ball field with a handful of kids hanging out flying
Cox CL planes with a PT-19 up in the air. Thin K&S wire to suspend the
lines / plane in the air. Nearby a round the pole race track, magnet moved
wood carved car rolling at a scale speed.

I have been drawing Cox freight containers, will upload after trying cut & glue. I used krafttrains.com pdf file for base drawings, and weathered a little more, hope that they don't mind it.
