Cleaning Cyano Glue from Skin
I can not use cyano glue because it's fumes always burn my eyes. It is better to use cellulosic glue, epoxy and aliphatic resin glue. I found that cellulosic glue is better than cyano glue, because it also is gap filling. Sometimes I also use PVA glue, glue stick and contact adhesive in modeling. Epoxy fumes are bad, but it is tolerable.
Other than this, I found that opening clogged cyano glue bottles can be dangerous, because glue sputters everywhere. Be careful when opening clogged bottles and keep your face at a safe distance.
If you use cyano glue, then here is a good read about how cyano glue can be cleaned from skin:

I second this -- I once stuck my tongue to my lower lip (but, that's another story

I really like to use PTFE spaghetti tubing (ultra small ID teflon tubing) for applying CA. It allows me to reach further and I can apply a very small amount of CA where I want it. However, blockage can be a problem over time. I keep a small screw top Rubbermaid container (~ 1 cup) filled with acetone on my building area. When I finish for the day, I drop the bottle spout and tubing in the acetone and put a new uncut spout back on the bottle. Whenever I build again, the spouts and tubing in the container are completely clear of CA and ready to use. Secondly, it seems that keeping the CA bottle sealed with an uncut spout when not in use helps extend its life.

Yes. Acetone is an excellent solvent, but not good on porous surfaces since it's easily absorbed and evaporates very quickly in the open. However, when used in a closed container such as a film canister or food container, the parts will be CA free. You do need to change out the acetone periodically since the CA goes into suspension.
I use it to clean CA off my fingers, but it will also strip the oils from the skin and leave them white.
