Re: Few questions about a .09 engine
The cylinder is stamped with a "c", it has only one transfer with no boost (I think it's ok for a Medallion). The piston is very tight at TDC (I think this engine is new, or at least the cylinder/piston set). Looking into the cylinder, I can see 2 differents surfaces : under the exhaust the cylinder wall look "rough" but above the exhaust port it look shiny :
Furthermore, it seems that the conrod is made of aluminium (no pic, sorry).
Is this normal ? Is this a tapered cylinder ?
Thank for your experience !

Pictures was taken after cleaning, but I think this engine didn't run...
But is normal that the inner cylinder wall look so different ?

What you have is a Medallion engine.
Someone installed a Tee Dee body, venturi and needle valve assembly onto the Medallion engine.
Probably, the original owner saw that the Medallion body/venturi was cracked (because of age).
Over the years, that plastic would crack (if used -- run engine or not).
Another problem might be that the needle valve got broken? That too is a hard to replace item (sometimes)?
So, The original owner probably could not get a replacement Medallion body/venturi (parts?) but was able to get parts for a Tee Dee body, venturi and needle valve assembly.
It is more expensive to get the Tee Dee parts over the Medallion plastic body/venturi, needle valve assembly.
But "if" you can not get the parts you need, you have to make do with the parts you can get?
The engine should run but it will not be a screamer as a Tee Dee engine because of the crankshaft.
As for the cylinder. That is a tapered cylinder. the lower side (below the exhaust ports) was honed with a different size honing machine.
The original process would be to hone the cylinder to the size at the upper end (glow head side).
Then the 2nd process would be to run the hone only 1/2 the distance up the cylinder to get the bottom a little larger.
Or you could use a tapered mandrill to do the job at one time?
I worked at Caterpillar running a Gehuring honing machines for 8 years. I ran other machines as well over my 40 years at Cat.
When I retired, my last 9 years was as a tool maker in the Tool Room / Prototype design.

Re: Few questions about a .09 engine
Finally, I order a new aluminium part from Cox International.
This part si very nice ! But it is of very thight fit, you must tinker a little to find the good position : if you thighten too much, the crankshaft don't turn easyly (something that I've already seen on the same part for the Tee Dee 020)
I think this engine will stay as a "Tee Dee" looking Medallion 09 !
