Feller had his car stolen with all his modelling gear inside, then the thieves torched the car, this was all that was left of his gear

Re: Hot Engine!
Was my fault was having a party when the subject of RC came up I was like yeah I got the smallest produce glow engine I can run it now for yah.
After a couple/few/several/enough beers I managed to put the wrong fuel in it and well 1/2 of it melted.

Something tells me there should be some kind of moral here but I'll be damned if I can see it. Beer tastes good, maybe? I dunno.

yep, i'd guess a LA .40 or .46, although it doesn't look to have a plastic backplate

Oh yeah, I saw that! Really sucks!
Re: Hot Engine!
That looks like a OS FX 40 or 46. The LA did not have ball bearings.

Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but if you are flying a jet, i.e hot tailpipes + flames + highly inflamable fuel, etc. wouldn't it occur to you to think that perhaps a fire extinguisher should be a crucial basic requirement in your tool kit? Perhaps I'm being too sensible here!
