Try one of Gregs Turbo Plug head adaptors, They work great in the engines I put them on:  020  049  even my Testors 049 sped up 400 rpm.

If it´s too loud , it´is forbidden.
It could harm , birds like ducks , wildgoose and other wild game.
I know a rc spot in perfect neighborhood with such wild game.

We have a similar problem here, but it is simply called "stupid and corrupt governmental bureaucrats" who enacted the drone law without any distinction between model airplanes and video camera carrying drones...the latter annoy those government cronies who want to keep their suspicious wealth hidden in front of the media drones...
