Dear friends, I know that many in the world have problems, some health, others due to climate issues and many others due to personal issues, for the beautiful friendship that unites us, for all this that we are building, I want to wish you a Merry Christmas, that serve for better new beginnings, heal and unite us even more. They are my wishes!, Mauricio.-

Re: Merry Christmas!
Not to be confused with the song from which this has been metered to, whose words stand immortal.
Merry Christmas to all!

To make a long story short:
[Verse 12]
On the 12th day of Christmas my true love sent to me
12 Venoms screaming
11 Conquests piping
10 Spooks a-needling
Nine Medallions rev'ing
Eight Tee Dees racing
Seven Black Widows singing
Six Surestarts flying
Five Golden Bees
Four Strato Bugs
Three Pee Wees
Two RR1's, and
A Sportsman in a pear tree.
Merry Christmas to all!

Under my Christmas tree
I receive in the mail 5 days ago a package from my Aussie friend (Allan Laycock).
I promised him I would not open them (three Christmas parcels in the one big box) until Christmas day.
Well, I opened them up right after my breakfast like a young kid and ripped off the wrapping paper.
One unwrapped --- a Cox engine --- in a good condition.
2nd one unwrapped --- another Cox engine --- also in a good condition
and the 3rd one unwrapped --- another Cox engine --- it to in good condition
Below are the Christmas engines I got from Allan.
Left to right is how the engines were unwrapped.
Thanks Allan, and Merry Christmas to you!
Now for personal Christmas presents to me.
Vintage Enya Engines:
Enya .09 Model 3001 -- T.V.
Enya .09-II -- T.V.
Enya .15-II -- T.V.
Enya .15D-II -- T.V
Enya .19 -- T.V.
Update (12-25-2022) from Allan Laycock about the engines he gave me for my Christmas presents:
Hi Mike,
There is one version missing and one subset missing.
The Space bug Jnr came usually with a cream nylon tank and the subset was a red nylon tank.
The version missing, and I have only seen pictures of the Space bug Jnr with a cast aluminum small tank that looks just like the nylon one.
The cage on the Hopper is a repro and was not originally supplied by Cox.
The later Thermal Hopper (like rear intake .15) had beam mounts – a much better mounting idea.

Great story Dave, Mosquito guides a Vampire down to a safe landing.
First Christmas in a while that my son and I did not exchange some sort of Cox product gift. RX-7 Christmas instead.
Gas struts for the rear hatch, a do-it-yourself brake/clutch bleed kit, plus gloves and microfibre wipes.
Loved your Christmas card Mauricio!

Re: Merry Christmas!
Years ago, I think I read that story in Reader's Digest (RD, that was when people still did reading instead of burying their faces in cellphone screens). Was a subscriber, I don't know if that magazine is still around.) A good story, along those to get people to believe in ghosts. RD used to carry a number of ghost stories in it.
