I used to suscribe to a lot of magazines gave them all up except two - The Smithsonian and Air Classics I couldn't do without either.

QWERTY - It's in front of you right now.  Ever wonder why.  And the Curtiss motorcycle - Beautiful! and the best article I have ever read about it.

Beautiful pieces of art, Bob! Too bad the text for the motorcycle is hard to see let alone read! Has this gentleman Curtiss something to do with the one we know from the COX airplane repertoire? Same engineer? At least the era of early 20th century seems to be the same..

I rode my motorcycle to New York a few years back to see the Art Of The Motorcycle at the Guggenheim museum. Many styles of bikes but I do recall the Curtiss motorcycles.

Much more readable Levent. I tried to scan it, but the file comes out too large.

Look at the machining on that engine. Beautiful. Not much different than the motorcycle that Peter O'Toole rode in the opening scenes of Lawrence of Arabia.

And Andras......yes.
