Every now and then I take a minute.....
and take a look at some of my models. Maybe you do the same and would like to share?
Most melt into the dark corners but some stay out where I can enjoy them. Two in particular are the crashed and rebuilt Scientific "Red Devil" helped along by Levent's artwork and powered by a vintage Space Bug Jr. and a scratch built Grumman Avenger powered by a Cox .010 both profiled here before. And...........both are flyable.
I do love that Avenger. Scratch built "hollow log", blended engine, pitot static tube, radio antenna, machine gun and landing gear designed to take a punch. Not perfect by a long-shot. I don't build perfect models.

Two very nice models that display their engines well!!…. A lot of satisfaction in creating and re-doing those…. Nice to have them in that state of ready to go!…..I tinker with mine in the shop quite a bit too…Testing this and that and looking for any needed repairs … If I don’t fly for awhile the engines come off and get a bench run…I enjoy those parts as well…
