Means: can't ship anything with oil/fuel/haz mat (real or fictitious) international.  So engines cannot be shipped via this program.  Look for someone who ships international using a regular carrier instead of a 3rd party.

This is not the first time this has happened, there are several threads here and on Stunthanger about this exact event.  The seller may not have the engine anymore, which makes it worse with collectables.

If you have only two channels available you could use a timer to stop the electric motor after a set time. Electric system would get you flying easily. If this is your first attempt at RC flying, you will have enough challenges even without a nitro engine, and I am pretty sure 45 bucks will get you a motor, a controller (or a timer) and a LiPo battery. LiPo chargers cost a bit more but a charger is a good investment for the future if you get into RC cars, copters and whatnot.
