vintage cox .049 VIPER! "NEW" never ran!
hello everyone my father has a bunch of engines from when he was younger. he bought an .049 viper new over 30 years ago and never used it he has a lot of other motors and parts he is looking to sell and he wanted to find out what the value of the viper and the others he has would be he stil has the box that the viper came in also.
any help would be nice.

Hi Slawrence. The Viper, that's not a Cox I've heard of, but that doesn't mean it doesn't exist. Eric(Getback) is right about Dr. Martin Hepperle's site:

Click on Cox in the left frame and he pretty much sums up Cox history. Others here are at the top of the Cox knowlege mountain too, and some even helped create it. If it existed, someone will know about it.

where do u live would you post them?
He lives in the North East and is probably on holiday. This is our Labor 3 day weekend. I have offered to post pics for him and sent my email address.
