Ah, 80 degrees = top down weather
Two days in a row + 80 a first this year.
Needed gas for the mowers, none better than the 350Z to transport. Top down no fumes.
Put on my coolest shades, a Fangio 82 year old wannabe going for a ride.
Dead end 8 mile long twisty road in West Virginia, one of the worlds 10 best engines according to Wards Automotive up front, six speed transmission that just snicks into gear and an exhaust note that gets attention. Fun.
MG waits it's turn.

Oh, what a view! It hit 90degrees here today! Broke into a sweat riding the lawn mower!
Looking at your MG, did you ever send pictures of the restoration to the original owner? Did she ever find and send you the title?

Both beautiful car, and countryside pictures! Looks like very beautiful country out east there. An east coast drive has been near the top of my bucket list!

You pulled the bumpers! Good move Bob. Now you just need to drop the ride height to pre 1975 specs. You can be cool like me
My Dad’s passing has kind of lit a fire in me to start on the MGA. That and my son is starting to show interest and is puttering with an old Ford Falcon 200 engine.
Glad you are enjoying the weather.

Yes, almost exactly 3 years ago. The owner had passed away but his widow went above and beyond to secure me a title. She personally went to the Virginia DMV got a replacement title and associated documentation. Her daughter and principle driver of the car visited last year with her husband to see the car for the first time since her college days.
Ron I neglected the front suspension. All the bushings must be replaced and I could drop it at that time. Did the brakes all around though. New everything. My son loves the MGA. He owned two. Still upset at me for insisting he sell it as I needed the garage space.

Ron,
Do I spy rolled BDU sleeves? Only Marines rolled inside-out if I remember correctly. AF and Army rolled with the cuff on the outside back in the day.
Bob,
Just seeing that old car all fixed up makes me cry.
My son totalled my TR6 late last year. He DID mention he would help out it together...but has turned less than two dozen screws on it. I guess I'll put it back together without him. He is too busy being 17 and running around in a Focus now. Grrrr!

Beautiful BB...……….
and the Camaro isn't bad either.
Love the F-15..whata airplane.
Love your Camaro too. Nicely tucked front and rear, big improvement over previous designs. Arrest me yellow. No flying under the radar with that.
Thanks for contributing.
Bob
Edit add: My one and only yellow car, a 1974 MGB. Rusty but dependable. Loved that car. Sold it to a fellow that loved it even more.
