I spoke to Bill back in the day on the phone about some large brushed can motors.
He had a crop of 900's / size on tap, late 90's. Nice guy!

I spoke with Bill once about an item, and found
him to be very warm and accommodating.
Penn Valley has always been a great hobby source
for our hobby. RIP Bill.

Re: Bill Shive, Penn Valley Hobby Center Owner
It's going to be nice, warm and calm day today and I'm going out to throw around my Thermic "B" glider and others.
As I do I'll remember Bill and Penn Valley hobby shop.
Purchased from Bill the last of the Jetco hand launch glider he had "online" before closing down.
Thank you to a fine man.
Great day for hand launch!
Maybe Bill was helping my gliders out?
Light winds of 3-5mph and the temp was in the lower 70's. flight times around 1 minute
Great flights --- Thanks Bill!
