Cox Powered Pair of Corsairs
First off, apologies if these are not Corsairs, I am sure I found ones like this online which confirmed to me they were, but can't seem to find them now anywhere.
Both of these look to be complete. the engines both spin pretty freely, but don't know if it is worth giving them a quick rebuild as they haven't been run for most likely many years?
I shouldn't think it will take much to get these flying. Put together, some control wire and fresh fuel and i think we should be good to go!

Re: Cox Powered Pair of Corsairs
The Blue plane is definitely a Cox Corsair.
The camouflage painted one is definitely NOT a Cox, but a Testors model. You can tell by the engine and the way the “engine cowling “ attaches and holds the engine in. The wing that goes with it looks a lot the the Testors “Cosmic Wind” wing. The fuse also looks a lot the the Cosmic Wind, but yours has that camo paint job. Possibly painted by the previous owner.?
Here is one with the “zip starter”

Nice, I am storing a cosmic wind in the loft for a friend, brand new in box but no lid unfortunately...
Never seen a zip start, looks like a good idea...how well does that work ?

Thanks Marleysky. It does look like the paintjob could have been painted by someone, rather than at the factory when new. Looking at the Cosmic Wind it looks a lot like it could be one of these.
It can still be started the usual way i a guessing, without a zip starter?
Coxfledgling wow, what year was your friends model made? There can't be many brand new in the box left in this world?
