Free Display Stands
I'm hoping I can get someone to help me out. I've put a lot of time and effort into designing these engine displays but there's one thing I haven't been able to test - I don't have an engine with a cross-vent stunt tank so I'm not sure if they'll fit. If somebody would like to try these and let me know if there's enough clearance for the lower vent tube on the stunt tank, I'll send a whole set of these displays for free. PM me if you're interested. Thanks!

Re: Free Display Stands
Very generous offer. Glad Rene got in on it.
From here it looks like a stunt tank engine will fit on it, I guess we’ll see.

Re: Free Display Stands
OK! I received the Display Stands a while back. Reported back to Steve that the SLT-49 stand for the Cross Vented tank models fit my RR-1 and QRC perfectly! I've found these stands to be great for displaying my engines. They are well designed and balance the engine(s) for viewing the engines with out obstruction from all sides.

Postage Stamp SPR-49 Side/Horizontal NV

Steve did have them listed on E-Bay and Etsy. Please look them up and buy a set or two. Otherwise he and I will have the only complete sets in existence, making them a "Rare Collectible" !!

Re: Free Display Stands
Wow Rene, that's awesome! I really appreciate all the pictures and the feedback. Thank you!
One thing I noticed, but it's hard to tell from the pictures, is it looks like the ones for fuel tank engines aren't snapped on completely. The pins that go through the lower engine mounting holes should go through until you feel them just slightly come out the other side. They kind of snap into place. They should hold the engines pretty securely even upside down (although I'm not suggesting you try this with your RR-1 over a concrete floor).
Again, thank you for taking the time to try all the stands and posting pictures.
