"My" Corvette - Making memories

"My" Corvette - Making memories
My son keeps in touch with the son of the person that bought my 1959 Corvette who has since passed away. He rents it out for special occasions. This one for a Wedding.
"Making Memories."
I rebuilt it over a six year span with the help of my son and a good friend. (who sold it to me) A wreck out of a swamp in North Carolina......the frame was rusted in half.
You see those chrome pieces.....I did that...the emblems......the radio aerial......the whole darn car from the tires up. Almost cost me a marriage.
Whaaaa - I want my Corvette back......................

Bob, nice photo, sort of a throwback to a Mexican villa.
You've got the next best thing, your Mazda RX-7. As time marches on, they are becoming rarer.

Oh, She looks so beautiful in white... and the couple is quite handsome too. Hopefully that cigar is not lit
Beautiful car Bob, how could you ever let it go?
Nice picture indeed, although I’d be all ”get your @55 off my Vette ”

They say, hind sight is 20-20. Here's a song that this reminds me of:

Wasn't easy Kari. We were moving to Florida and I had four cars, sold the MGB to my son and the Corvette locally. Son drove one down and I the other.
Looking back I would like to have stored it, but that invites all sorts of problems.
Day one.
