The one I have run used crank case pressure and worked fine with the stock NVA. It has a remote, rear mounted NVA.

Yes, these engines are great. Right up the with Norvels in terms of power, but a little more heavy.
Once you try out a few other engines, apart from cox, it is very hard to go back...
