Re: **VOTE-ON-THE-NEXT-COX-ENGINE-OF-THE-MONTH**
If I offered physical prizes, do you think more people would take time to perfect their entry and more people would vote?
Re: **VOTE-ON-THE-NEXT-COX-ENGINE-OF-THE-MONTH**
Mabe a banner on the home page that links to the poll. The poll drops down in the forum posts and gets lost or forgotten about.
Prizes! You giving away free RR-1's again!

I like the idea of prizes, just don't think it's required. I think Jason may be onto something.

It is the only engine in use! Of course it is the winner!

Depends on your definition of "in use". Number four is the only one running!

Re: **VOTE-ON-THE-NEXT-COX-ENGINE-OF-THE-MONTH**
I thank all that voted on my picture. I certainly enjoyed repairing and seeing the plane back in the air. A fun project and this Medallion .15 had a horrible fate early on when the piston seemingly cocked in the bore and more or less seized. It was replaced and all has been good. The engine has a total time of about 10 runs on it. It cleaned up well and I hope I get years of enjoyment out of it. Ken

Oops, I thought it was an .09 from looking at the head... I'll try to change the .09 to .15 once I get on my computer, I'm on my phone right now and opening the html is not fun on the phone.

OK. But #4 is on a test stand instead of an airplane...
There is a difference between seeing an engine, an engine where it belongs on a vehicle, a dressed up engine, and a dressed up engine where it belongs on a show vehicle. Being put to proper application makes the engine look better.
These are all fine examples though. Makes choosing harder.
