Already did. I registered during the initial "free" period. I doubt anybody who didn't register early will get a penny back though.

Re: FAA drone rule shot down
As I was one of the very very few DOT FAA respondents I always suspect the wording and convoluted logic DOT/FAA used to get around Congress would not survive a Federal Court case
AS relates to Citizen HOBBY use of the NAS....I also am a proponent that commercial NAS use (by any method) needs well written regulation
Fortunately my FAA registration was free so other than letting THEM know who I am ( and as a Licensed Amateur Radio Operator THEY already have THAT data)...I was never truly concerned with this over reach and knee jerk reaction

Re: FAA drone rule shot down
Anonymous sources from an undisclosed location reportedly found the conspirators responsible for pushing this legislation.
I should have known.
Seriously, here's further discussion in RC Groups:
rcgroups.com/forums/thread 2890686 Federal Appeals Court The FAA's Registration Rule Violates Section 336

If this was the greatest government rip-off by these perverts, I'd feel like I'm still ahead of the game. The boy-lovers can keep my 5 bucks...
