They look nice, but I'd never use one.

Re: It's the most wonderful time of the year
It always makes me feel better when I bake cookies..
A "double-batch" of course...
my special tinfoil cookie-sheets..
That empty 1oz. vanilla extract bottle will make a nice little clunk tank..
turbo-mix.. ready to add the big bag of chips..
preheat that oven...
I drop a well-rounded dollop of dough using a teaspoon..
almost 3 hours work.. but worth it. (I clean as I bake..)

Re: It's the most wonderful time of the year
Hosting family while sick and NOT infecting everyone was/is a chore
Wife and I always make Thanks Giving and Xmas meals much to lavish and decadent with twice or more times the food needed....But the result is leisurely dining off left overs for the rest of the week
This First year we did this with face masks, gloves, a lot of hand and counter washing and demanding NONE of the kids touch us...
wish I had video...kinda comical in retrospect... kitchen was basically a level 5 containment lab and If I had a couple of full haz mat suits it would have been post apocalyptic funny....better with a zombie or two in the wings trying to get at the cookies and pies
since family arrived we are Three days in ...wife still punky, me still intense ache and fever, daughter arrived with similar bug....but so far the three grand kids are showing healthy andgreedy...having fun with toys and books...just like kiddos should be this time of year
