Kim, did your Shrike originally have a Alum Rollbar, or did you Drill out a mounting slot for a retofit?  Neither of mine have one, and I was curious if the retrofit was easy to mount.

Have you ever found a decent model of the Ryan Firebee? I’ve been looking and have not found anything that is close other than some expensive hand carved solid wood display model. Went off tangent and searched Estes Rockets and found some similar but not the exact model. Some are close, and with a little modification might be made to look like Tom Cat.

Hey,

I got the REAL nice roll bar from Christopher (Drcox)---THANK YOU by the way!!!  It fit right into the slots that were already in the Shrike's fairings.  Haven't decided to leave it as a friction-fit or to put a drop on CA in there.

My "Dream Drone" hasn't materialized....YET...but I did put a bug in Tony's ear about talking to the folks at Freewing about maybe marketing an EDF version!!!

If they came out with a "Tom Cat" version, I'd tear my wallet apart getting at my credit card!

Also, the blue "Lucky 13" is ready to rock the little green monster!!!
