Looks like a PT-19 rudder, Jim.
I wish I needed one.

The glow head clip and the #1230 wrench(on the right} are 2 of my favorites.
Glad you got the lot.

Funny thing about that wrench. Never noticed that at the first glance and until I read it here. So I wonder when that wrench came out, and with which engine, and what the purpose was? Is it a glowhead and cylinder top flats only wrench, along with the TD backplate as mentioned above?

My $00.2
The #1230 wrench has the top cylinder fin jaw, and the glow head/TeeDee backplate accommodation. Paired, they can break loose any locked up .049 cylinder and glow head, using the proper hot and cold application. The "C" jaw wench can wobble a bit and slip(especially on a damaged fin.

Regarding the wrench, agreed on both, kind of rare I only have one.
But what caught my eye was the Babe Bee with the red plastic fuel tank extender. One must have come with some Cox items i found on ebay and rolled unnoticed under my workbench. One day I saw it and set it on the windowsill. Looked at it awhile and thought - well if I don't know what it is, I'll throw it away, which I did. Later it hit me what it was. Moral - never throw anything away..............like those props Jim.
