Re: Internet buy
The box is in terrific shape and you have the early model Cub which is a benefit. I've had very good success with this version.

Re: Internet buy
They're pretty cool little engines. Sadly when the owner Mr. Brebeck was going to retire, I had the opportunity to purchase all kind of parts. I bought what I needed immediately and never gave thought to my others. I recall him telling me that when the new owners take over, all the inventory will probably be scrapped. It's really heartbreaking when you think about it.

Re: Internet buy
I have not decided on any plane to put it in. A 1/4-OZ tank is the smallest you can buy. Maybe running a little rich. It was just what I would call a good bargain, I just decided to pick it up. I purchased the .099 and an older .049A for around $30-$40-dollars each. Any class A free flight would be suitable. If I was a control line flyer, I could build an 099 Sportliner. The 099 Sportliner is from Flying Models August 1952. That would be if I did control line.
