aren't they on the old cox website or one of the websites dedicated to cox engines?
p.s. i sold one about 2 months ago that was purchased in the early 1990's and it was the same for a long time after.

Re: cox fuel cans
huh??? How come it appears to have some text about some sort of bug killer on it? Is the fuel label printed on it or is it a paper like wrap? It looks like a paper wrap. Perhaps this is an early attempt at selling their own branded fuel using surplus cans.
Re: cox fuel cans
looks like a paper wrap to me hope it's authentic

mitchg95: looks like something even before my time, 1954/55. most of our fuel cans were represented on jsesere's wall. mostly the while one with red and yellow. some were the blue and white can. we also used other brands. i would guess the methanol has all evaporated by now. have you tried the fuel on an old engine?? note i said an old engine.
