Looks like a home creation.
Golden Bee crankcase assembly, Surestart cylinder, Killer bee .051 backplate assembly and the head looks familiar but I can't remember exactly what it is.

The head is a globee clamp with the flat coil insert.

That cylinder seems to have no wrench flats. Are the surestarts like that?
Those globee heads are great, used to use one on my super fast 051 back in the 90's.

Old slit exhaust cylinders are like that, not sure starts.

LOL! My bad, I posted it at like 1:00 AM. I looked more at the exhaust ports as the Killer Bee has a slit cylinder that the lower exhaust slit is wider to allow SPI. Without the milled top fins, it would likely point to being an early slit cylinder for either a Babe Bee or product engine depending on the porting.
