Lill Stingray
Hi I have just completed my Lil Stingray and cant decide on the engine to use, TD 010 or 020. Considering I'm a novice CL pilot which would be best and at what line lenght? Weight without engine ie 1.9oz I built it for my TD 020 but it does look rather cute with the 010 0n the front.

How does it balance with the .010?
The TD .020 is going to make it go quite fast if the plane is under 2oz. Probably more than you can handle at the moment.
Edit: Wasn't trying to sound condescending, I was just thinking about what I could handle when I first started out. You may be able to handle the speed just fine.

Thanks Ron, Thats what I thought might be the case. So no offence taken. C/G is fine with the 010. So what lenght lines?

Re: Lill Stingray
The article suggests 20ft. Might be a good start.
