Slow day. Happy FD.
Slow day on the forums and IRL. I hope you're all getting some play time. If there are no cars parked at the Church around 7pm, I'll take a couple of planes over. Happy Fathers' Day.

Re: Slow day. Happy FD.
I had one flight yesterday just to show a buddy from work what CL is all about. He asked me to give him some plans when I was done flying.
The real irony here is I now just finished today the Pantry my wife asked me to build for her on Mother's day.

Re: Slow day. Happy FD.
...ok, not to brag or boast, but i had one of the better FD's today.
Slept a little late.
Jr. took me out to breakfast (he paid) got back to house my wife had brought the grand kids over.
Set-up kiddie pool, 1/2 doz 5 gal. buckets of hot water later it was ready.
Went off the disc golf course met up with some buddies, threw pretty good.
Got home (Jr. getting off work at Hobbytown @5:00) went out to flying field, Jr. and I took turns on the 3D Katana...cause somebody left their Tx. on from the night before...I was setting up throws on my little balsa T.craft.
Toward the end of second flight, I was showing jr. how square loops look, gave Tx. back to him and he proceeded to show me up, until the Velcro'd battery departed the airplane on a sharp corner, the planes dived (minus battery) into some tall grass totally unharmed!
Stopped by KFC for sup, i'll work on diet later, maybe!
