Alejo, good to see you found the parts you were looking for, not to mention the other stuff. That differential is well thought off!!

To replace the steering blocks Cox nr GTP 21, I think following parts can be used:
Team Associated: 3211
Bolink: 5214
I haven't tried this myself but these parts look the same and are also destined for 1/12 cars. The front bit probably needs to be cut off. I have the Associated steering blocks and the king pins and stub axle holes are 1/8" diameter.

WOW! Blast from the past!
Somehow I missed this thread!
I have the Indy version....bought it YEARS ago. The body eventually got busted up so i had to ditch it but my younger brother had some old non r/c car with a plastic body that fit perfect so I scooped it. LOL
Oh man, I miss this car....mine is totally disassembled. I took it all apart and cleaned everything when the main drive gear stripped (the one on the rear wheel) It's been sitting all apart in bag for years and I LITERALLY just set it on a shelf tonight, thinking maybe I'll put it back together.
It's been apart all these years because I can't find the parts I need for it. It was a great running car in it's day, and quite fast for an .049 powered car.
Mine has the Maples throttle and it worked awesome.
Well, if the parts are out there, it sure would be cool to get this thing back together again

Check seller gascarman on eBay. He should have most of the parts. If not get back to me.

Found him. Excellent thanks for that tip!
He has the part I need, will be pricey by the time I actually receive it, but well worth it to resurrect this old girl!

Parts
Well.....yeah me too But I think you can still help me!
But with that said.......I finally pulled it out of the bag its been in for years. I need more parts. ugh!
-The clutch drum-sprocket is worn way down(hence stripping the main gear)
- The bevelled gear that is on the axle to drive the differential needs replacing
- could use a new glow head
Do you have these parts by chance? I'm now on a quest to rebuild this sucker!
Thanks man!

Re: Cox Stocker 0.49 / Indy Car / Nissan GTP
I have the solid glow head and a spare gear. The gear is new, but removed from unused assemblies, so it is yellow. I don't have a spare clutch box-gear and it is available for about $15.00 plus shipping. I haven't checked the coxengine.ca guys or their warehouse guys cocolocotrading or something close. When i searched ebay for the clutch box-gear, gtp-03, gascarman was the only seller showing up.Myzee wrote:Excellent, thanks my friend!
I will search more.
This is the gear for the axle to the differential.

If anyone is able to help locate an nexpensive new or used GTP-03 clutch box-gear for Myzee please contact him or me. I was able to find the other parts he needs. He is located in Canada and some online sellers want to charge excessive shipping costs to ship the small lightweight items to him. I am trying to help another Cox car guy.
Any help appreciated. The best price I could find for a new gtp-03 was $15.00 plus $4.00 shipping to the U.S. I think shipping to Canada should be about $7 -9.
Myzee PM me your address so I can look into shipping costs.

Re: Cox Stocker 0.49 / Indy Car / Nissan GTP
GTP 03 is part 26 in the drawing.
I don't know if a Jerobee clutch housing would work. The shoes are definitely the same, I don't know about the clutch shaft diameter or the drive gear (nr teath and diameter)
This one is now for sale on eBay:

I may sound stupid here, but this looks like the part I need correct?
It says GTP-03 but on the drawing above it's different.

Thanks getback.
Someone bid on my car already, can't change the description. But I will notice the new owner to check out Larry's store on eBay.
To prime the engine, should slide UP the choke plate at the air intake tube. After few pulls, slide the choke plate down to start the engine.
Thanks.
