Wow! He's very lucky... that could have been much worse. Hope they can rebuild the engine. I don't imagine there's a lot of Bristol Centaurus parts out there. Stock engine's displacement was 3270 and Gibson's plane was stated to have 3350... or a 4.4 in. increase per cylinder over the stock engine's.
