Somehow I missed the rest of the thread. You know real plumbers, like myself, just wear overalls or a belt.

Those guys just need to wear pants that fit. As plumbers or any other guy gets older, they think they can wear the same size pant as when they were young. And I guess they can if they let them ride further down, below the mushroom top. It's really not that hard to keep your pants pulled up.
