I have a metal bottom prop rod but upper plastic is cracked and ugly. Does the top and bottom of yours separate by four screws? Are there any cracks by the engine pod area? If all is good i may want to buy it! Please let me know.

I don't remember, I bought and sold this in a few days. I bought a bunch of stuff that I didn't want to see go into the trash and sold most of it. this one wnt to Australia. Sometimes I think I should have kept it. Sorry.

No problem, do you know if anyone makes reproductions of the plastic? I hate to spend $200 or more just for the piece i need. I guess I'll just keep checking here. Thanks anyway!

If you are still looking the prop rod top part in white only, paintable, is available now for around $20.00.
