The song is very heart touching Levent, very nice, a throwback to a more civilized time, where family values were more highly treasured than they are now (at least in US). Here is the same song, however, although shown live in concert and mentioning originating 1965, given the wireless mike on the custom extended trumpet, had to be of more recent origin. I don't think they had Bluetooth wireless in 1965.

Thank you George, I love these ballads, the one you posted included...when I first saw the Highwayman video, it was not just the excellent music and its  legendary performers  that caught me, as it resonated with the eternal survival ( I am still alive still alive, round and round..) of the heroes that made your beautiful country so great, and the breathtaking  places I have visited there, the (boulders in) Colorado river in Grand Canyon,  the sequoias in Yosemite and Muir Woods, the Hoover Dam (whose wet concrete swallowed the unfortunate dam builder) , the Rockies in Colorado, Big Sur on Pacific Coast when driving down the highway  from San Francisco to San Diego (" I was a highwayman, along the coast roads did I ride...") , the space center in Florida ("...I fly a starship across the Universe divide...") and so on, and so on, and I wish I had been born there, too, ...maybe the next time...

Kim, that video is a nice way to relate an old, heart warming story with a song from the 1960's, Mr. Bo Jangle.

One couple that I enjoy listening to the music they produce is a young Brazilian married couple, Fabi Terada (wife) and Evandro Tiburski (husband). You can tell by the way that their videos are made, that they obviously have professional help with both sound and video engineering, which of course is why they are elevated to the top. They call their band, the Overdriver Duo.

Initially they did a lot of ukulele videos. Fabi's main instrument is the electric bass, although she does drums and other instruments. Her husband Evandro does guitar and keyboard, but also has pinch hit once in a while on saxophone. A few that I enjoy:

This first video, they are using midi loops and sound digitizations they have prerecorded triggered by a peddle board (Teri) and keyboard workstation pads (Evandro).

One of my favorites Levent.  I have been a fan for over 50 years, she's eight years my junior and still with us.  She sings in several languages but mostly in French.  I'm practically fluent.   She is huge in Europe.  I gravitate mostly to female singers, I do have Elvis and Johnny Cash albums though.

I love the guitar intro. It's one of four official West Virginia state songs. I love music, but I'm not musical. My older brother got the piano lessons, I got to work on the chicken farm. ..................But, I got to marry the prettest girl in town....double smilies.
