Reputation point changes!!!!!
So, I spoke with Jacob and he decided to delete the +/- scroll bar and add in a thumbs up icon instead at the top of the post. The “Thanks” button works the same.
What this means is we can no longer give negative reputation points accidentally or at all.
Any posts that are out of line will just be handled by Admin and moderators.
To quote Kim:
“If you can’t say anything nice, don’t say anything at all”
Seriously though, this should alleviate the problems we have been experiencing. I realize this won’t please everyone, but just keep an open mind.
Thanks Jacob!

Yes, I like the new way of indicating “Thumbs Up” as positive comment on content.
Plus, it was moved to lessen the chance of accidental clicking! THANKS, Jacob.

Re: Reputation point changes!!!!!
Thanks for the work and update regarding this. After reading the other post, I am now wondering if I had given out a few reddies in my time as sometimes I too use a tablet or phone. If I did, it was by total accident and I do apologize. Anyways, thanks again fo rteh updates.

Re: Reputation point changes!!!!!
Glad you guys like it.
It was getting old trying to explain to someone why their post may have gotten a negative, often times it was given by accident...or so I hope to think.

If I ever did it, it was by accident! I never knew where the feature was, and on my phone, the +/- was right where I dragged up or down through threads. I doubt it was more than a few pixels in size! All of this I picked up on in the last few days. So if I got you, I'm sorry.

Re: Reputation point changes!!!!!
Thanks for the change....now I can scroll around on any device and not inadvertently hit a RED
Great forum change IMO
In my time here there was only one member I had issues with.....some know it all .049 butt head.... managed to ignore him and never gave a red
Aside from that one guy.... I like and admire all of our other members
