Mine got lost in shipping! Been waiting for quite a while, sent a inquiry to TeeSpring and just received a response and offer to have it replaced.

Bummer! Good to see they're going to fix the issue. I haven't heard many bad reviews about Teespring, so I expect all these current issues is due to the situation we're in now.
