Looks like an old Wen-Mac .049, missing several parts. It should say more on the sides.

Looks like it's this with the bottom broke off.

wow that first one has had a hard life, i have a wen mac .049 mk2, never really tried to get it to run

That's quite some old junk you've found there. Looks indeed like a broken wen-mac in the center of the picture, flanked by cox stuff...
