A Swap Meet Acquisition ! Joyce Propellers !!!
Break a propeller blade? Well, don't you worry your little self, Bunky! With Joyce Propellers, you can easily replace the damaged blade and continue flying like it never happened! So, get your Joyce Propeller now, and don't forget to pick up some extra blades !!!
Now, reckon I'll bolt this little sucker to my Tee Dee .15 for a good ole fashioned high-powered engine run !!!!!!

Yeah...good idea on a weekend too! I can see myself, seated in the E.R., holding a blood-soaked paper towel over one eye, surrounded by burned meth-heads, with a tired-eyed E.R. doc saying, "So, Mr. Stricker, what have we done THIS time?"

Hey, Mitch, a "prop strike" that breaks one blade may very well weaken the other. Replace the broken blade only?
You've created a very hazardous situation when you start that engine again. Advise you to to think about that before trying it.

I noticed the Joyce props were made in Rockville Center here on Long Island.
Rockville Center is the seat of the Catholic diocese here. Maybe there's some kind
of divine intervention involved in using them. I'm sure if you tossed a blade, you
would say "holy ____!"

Actually, considering the velocity with which it would launch this sucker, you'd probably only get out the "Ho" part !

Re: A Swap Meet Acquisition ! "Joyce Propellers" !!!
Nothing real special Mitch.
Aside from the obvious, the case is from Regge Johnson/Vintage Glow Engines(3 or 4 years old),
and the spinner is one of Tim Wiltse/Halfatech. Both of these guys have dissapeared
as far as I know. #5 piston/cylinder. Ran once nicely, but I didn't tach it.
Now we're off topic. Oops.

Don't forget, the tach doesn't know or care what the engine looks like.
