Cox Engine of The Month
Cox Sky Ranger helicopter

Cox Sky Ranger helicopter
Some time ago I had concerns about a COX helicopter.
A few days ago I was lucky enough to get this fantastic piece.
The helicopter had been used very little, so I did maintenance, cleaning and lubrication.
Once I put the whole assembly together, I started the engine, noticed a wobble when the whole assembly rotates, so I started to calibrate the blades opposite the cylinder to achieve a better turning, without those wobbles caused by the centrifugal force on the engine cylinder . Well, everything was wonderful.
There is a photo in the video that shows the compensating ballast and the number of grams of each one.
It's really fantastic, the Cox helicopter is amazing!
The size of the fuel tank is small, but big enough to make a flight very far from the starting point, it really surprised me!
Happy flying with a COX SKY RANGER!

Re: Cox Sky Ranger helicopter
Eric my friend!...hahaha, it's a beautiful experience.
Some have told me that it is good to make it fly when there is no wind. On Sunday it was quite windy and it is possible that this made it go very far, anyway in one of the flights it went very high!!.
This Cox product is really great.
I'll be flying it again soon!
I hope you are well dear friend!
By the way, do you use whatsapp?

Nice restoration job on the helicopter Mauricio…. And going to the trouble to balance the rotor better, Good job!!!….. I never owned a Cox heli but did have a flying saucer at one time….Was a lot of fun to send it very high in the sky then chase it down for another flight!!…. Simple but very entertaining

Re: Cox Sky Ranger helicopter
¡Los vuelos de tu helicóptero estaba tan asombroso!, Mauricio.
Your helicopter flights were so amazing, Mauricio!
Con respecto a tercera foto, tu motor que está montado en la parte superior del helicóptero, puede ser un ganador potencial para el próximo concurso mensual de motores Cox.
Regarding the third photo, your Cox engine which is mounted on top of your helicopter, can be a potential winner for next monthly Cox engine contest.
