I usually associate "Silver Bullet" with "The Lone Ranger". "Hi Ho. Silver!"
Here's what the "Silver Bullet" reminds me of:
I remember that team well. One of them would do a tailslide and remark to the crowd. " I tell you what I am seeing here folks,,,my dashboard looks like a christmas tree with all the warning lights flashing at me,,it's beautiful"
Lest not forget Mr Bond doing his thing in one,,.

And 007 wasn't wearing no flight suit, helmet or oxygen either in those scenes.
So there! But Clive Cusler's Dirk Pitt has saved the world many times over making 007 look like a playboy.
Why can't we elect a SUPER HERO as President in November?

A little r/c Bede jet painted up as the silver bullet team, using a homemade silver bullet cox motor, set up as a pusher.

Re: "Silver Bullet" Black Widow???
It's no secret that my SuperDave handle was derived from Super Dave Osborne and for that I am quick to admit. During my second career, which was in public safety, I voluntarilly took on challenges and achieved them. My superiors soon began using "Super Dave" when hailing me on the two-way radio.
So now you know!

Best skit I remember Super Dave Osborne doing was...in his Super Dave outfit he sat in a steam room full of BIG guys, like Sumo wrestlers. As the steam increased you heard the sounds of those guys farting...he couldn't take it and came running out of the steam room.
I guess many of us enjoyed Super Dave.

Thanks Travis, thanks a bunch. Thanks to you I went on a several hour long research mode looking up the testors Bd5"s. I eventually ended up at you tube watching vids of the real thing.
