Nice Chipmunk. I've had a couple of them and they flew well. The prop looks happy in Fla.

Re: Where has the Traveling Prop Been?
Thanks guys, my wife thought I was nuts posing a model airplane. Had fun with the photos.
I'm going to fly both models soon, having trouble finding a site, dizziness, no help (making a stooge) and good weather.
When I get all the ducks in a row, I'll video, it should be a hoot!

My hope was to honor those who contributed to our childhood by highlighting various products that I consider seminal to the development Roy’s company. I also feel pretty cool adding my part to the Traveling Propeller and this forum. While I wanted to include many more, the fact is, it took several hours just to dig these few items out of storage. Everything in this picture played a part in Roy’s life, from the popgun to Wally Wins His Wings and represents his humble beginnings in a garage to the realization of the Warner factory. Sadly, I believe the country that existed and promoted these adventures is now just a distant memory. Roy was indeed part of “the greatest generation.”
The prop is mounted on the prototype Space Bug .049. I put a larger picture in my gallery.
Mud.
BTW – Roy did build that!
Mud,
What a wonderful picture thank you for taking the time to dig that great stuff out of storage. Beautiful staging. Priceless!!!!!

That is a great picture, this prop is sure getting some history behind it! Thanks for pulling all your prized goods out to do this! I'm glad everyone is having fun with this!

I've not heard from Germanbeez so I can send it to you. Just let me know.
Mud
He believe he was crossed off because we thought he wasn't on for the longest time. He did not get the prop yet. I'll try to get a hold of Beez, if Jared wants it, I would suppose he could have it for now, that is if he is willing to send it to Germany afterwards.

Re: Where has the Traveling Prop Been?
It's okay, Beez, that's what real life is for. I'm glad you're out there getting things going. Drop in when you can, only if it's just to say hi. Have fun with the Traveling Prop and send us some pictures of the action.
