Can you be a little more specific about what you're wanting? Wing span, sheet wing or built-up, profile or built-up fuselage? There are many plans available that likely meet your needs, but give us a bit more info.
Post the picture if you can --- one of us may be able to identify it or provide a similar set of plans for you.

Here it is in PDF, but it's just the page, not a proper scale plan.

XA-8
What memories!
I built one of those 'way back when' after finishing another diamond air-foiled design.
This one was a 35 size combat plane called DEAMON.
Still have it! Competed in the 69' Nats with it.
My XA-8 was powered by a larger OK Cub. Man did it ever fly!!
Better than the Lil' Satan.
No doubt the extra 'umph' from the larger motor.
Don't get me wrong, the Lil' Satan was GREAT!
But the XA-8 was scratch built and not from a kit.
Thanks for the memories!

DRAT!!!!!
I did NOT need another plane to go into the build queue.....
Oh, well. I have a 1/2 ounce tank and a Medallion .049 that aren't dedicated to anything at the moment.... Besides, it seems like a quick build. And that note about the biggest guy at the field having the smallest plane is true. Oh, so true.

Looks good. A two hour build, sounds like a pretty good dream though.

Well this has been a long time going on but before I build any thing else I am going to finish it . Had to blow the dust off . Got some of the sheeting on and cap strips , there is still some things that the instruction pictures don't show or tell you but I know needs to bee done or we will have castor cancer pretty quick! Re: xa-8 1/2 a combat
Cool! I've been curious about this model. I'm in the same boat with my "foamie"... as far as finishing it before starting something else.
You might as well start seeing how fast you can spin in a circle "now"!!

Re: xa-8 1/2 a combat
I think the "other" Mark built on of these and my son flew it. My son loved it.

Wow, that thing ought to scoot Eric. But a two hour build......even after getting all the parts cut to length it would take me that long just thinking about where to start.

Thanks Fred, I feel less guilty now.. but I've got Eric beat by a mile when it comes to unfinished builds!

Re: xa-8 1/2 a combat
well I thought I posted about this yesterday but don't see it now ?? No Fred not finished its warped pretty bad after putting the dope on and I have been working on some other models , the lack of construction instructions has me baffled about some open areas were burnt fuel could blow right into the wing compartment ? So its put up for later . Eric

Well thanks for the response, maybe someday you will get back to it. I know how it is I have started things in the past and they have been set aside for something else.

Re: xa-8 1/2 a combat
Sorry for the short response but , i found the build to bee a PIA maybe with better skills it would have went easier for me , some of the things i didn't quite get ..... Heck build one and let me know how it goes ?! For a TD .049 this thing would really get out of here ! The only info on it is in the pics. above
