Take some sheets of depron (plasticky foam!)

Cut out some bits

Cut a bit more

Modern Materials - How hard can it be? Fw190-11

Stick a few bits together

Modern Materials - How hard can it be? Fw190-10

Start covering with sticky back plastic

Stick all the bits together

Modern Materials - How hard can it be? Fw190_14

Check that everything works
