Although there may be some Cox engine talk, this section is mostly for fun.

Excuse me but I just don't see the point of "The Redneck Zone". Seems to me that it would be inviting acrimony and discord in an otherwise congenial form.
What are you trying to accomplish and how will the forum benefit?

I don't know why you said Rusty because he has not yet posted here.
But well and "adult" section was first though up by PV pilot but we though "Adult lounge" sounded rather.....
Some people just thought it would be cool and what starts there WILL STAY there and no body has to join if they don't want to.

Yes I realize that but Rusty IS listed as the moderater of the proposed "The Redneck Zone".
I just don't believe that an "adult" section has any place on a site dedicated to Cox engines. If being "cool" is the objective where does that lead? I've seen other forums go down the same road to their ultimate destruction.
True, I don't have to join the RZ and join I won't. I'd just like you to realize the "snake pit" you are creating for yourself and the forum as things descend to the lowest common denominator.
Hope you enjoy the "slide" downhill.

Re: The Redneck Zone
I understand this Dave and understand how you feel but the idea was to take all of the more controversial threads out of the off topic section because some of the members want to talk about guns and understand that you do not really like having gun threads in the off topic section and respect that then a few days ago PV suggested this and after some talk in the moderator section we added it.SuperDave wrote:Indra:

Also feel free to post other things in there that you are more weary of posting in off topic.
Re: The Redneck Zone
The reason this section was made was to keep controversial topics out of the Off Topic section. There will be no inappropriate conversations going on in this section. This is more for the gun topics and other interesting topics like car stunts, messin' around at the farm and so on. There will be absolutely NO "sex" talk or discussion about "drugs and drinking" in this section, that is the reason the "Adult Lounge" name was changed. You have the option to join or not. Anyone causing trouble can be removed from the section at any time. If you did join, I'm sure you wouldn't be offended by anything. Although I say some content may not be suitable for members under 18, there really isn't going to be anything posted here that you wouldn't see on regular TV. Actually it would be a lot cleaner then regular TV. If someone under 18 wants to join, I'm not going to stop them. This is just a place where you can discuss other things with you Cox engine friends. I ensure you, this is no way will affect the main purpose of the forum. I was originally not going to advertise about it but since word wasn't getting out, I only posted it in the off topic section. The section is actually is the test stage right now, I am just seeing how people react to the section.
