Can you identify this Sure Start fuel tank?

Many thanks for the responses everyone.
I did state the capacity in my original post, 5cc.
I've been collecting Cox models and engines for years and I've never seen this type tank
on any of their ready to fly models or in any of the Cox catalogs.
The one that was listed on eBay did not sell, it was not mine and it is the only other
one I have seen.
If this was used on a Cox product I'd sure like to know which one.

Because of the pickup placement I would glean that it is for either FF or RC, not CL and the frontal size, suggests it is for RC. Of course this is just a guess, never saw one before.

Perhaps both, but the one in question came with a prop and a red soft-nosed spinner.
Also, the *bay listed the use for one as "airplane".
Perhaps they WERE created for a project that... (grin) never got off the ground.
