Re: Can you do this?
Yeah, Shug's a character. I figured some day he would try that. I invited him to join CEF and he already is a member. His Youtube channel takes up most of his screen time and he posts at stunthanger.com. He's good for the Control Line hobby. Check out this video:

I love it. I'm an avid unicyclist myself. There really must be a connection. I've been riding one since I was 8. It was my main form of transportation to school. I also toyed with the idea of riding and flying. There used to be a unicycle club that met once a month on the Philadelphia art museum steps. Ken

Yeah, I didn't see that one coming.
Cool though, I tried to ride a unicycle when I was a kid and promptly face planted.

How the heck does he keep enough line tension when flying the Bi-slob? He must do the hover thing downwind on a real windy day. If it was me, that thing would be chasing me around the inside of the circle. (Been there, done that).

The best mouth-watering video for those still only contemplating to get into this hobby...myself being in RC flier though, I really enjoyed it. Is this guy a progfessional promoter or is just an enthusiast with plenty of skill to act and persuade?

I think it's the latter.

Re: Can you do this?
He is a professional entertainer playing mostly to live audiences, plus his huge Youtube following with thousands of subscriptions. Funny thing is, he grew up a few miles from Huntersville, NC and I expect to meet him in October where he wants to compete in the Carolina Criterium and visit his Sister who still lives in the area. I hope he enters beginner because he's getting good faster than I am.Cribbs74 wrote:balogh wrote:The best mouth-watering video for those still only contemplating to get into this hobby...myself being in RC flier though, I really enjoyed it.
