Seeing as it sounds you are not finished it, I had a question to see if anyone would happen to know. If it was just stained as yours is, is the stain fuelproof? Or does the stain have to be fuelproofed?

Stain NOT fuel proof A urethane will make though ....

Good news is the engine runs great, bad news is the wheel could not handle the RPM and let go ripping to shreds my only good .020 mount that I have. Rolling Eyes

Oh well, that’s why we test these things out ahead of time. Now I am on the look out for a set of wheels that can handle the revs. Also a new .020 mount...

I have new back plates if you need one. There was also the aluminum version that may hold up better in this application.

How about 3D printed wheels? I have nylon and carbon fiber reinforced nylon. Also have glass filled nylon I just got today. Just give me dimensions and I can print a few.

Fred, me too, I hadn’t even noticed that. I’ll look today, it landed on a plastic box about 10 ft away from the stand and not the concrete floor, so hopefully it’s just the photo.

I don't own any Cox engines smaller than .049... but I did receive an engine mount in a parts-bag that may be for the .020.. but I'm not sure.. Huh...

Are the back-ends to the Pee Wee and Tee Dee the same?
