That ebony stain looks great Ron, evil even.
To bad it's not reed instead of RV, then you could run it in either direction.

Yeah, no.
Think 1930,s art deco or 40’s
Looking for a timeless classic. Not drunken NASCAR after party

Still not in it’s final form. I am away for work. Hopefully you will all like the final finish.

Seeing as it sounds you are not finished it, I had a question to see if anyone would happen to know. If it was just stained as yours is, is the stain fuelproof? Or does the stain have to be fuelproofed?

Wow, love that and I'm not even half way through it.
Love the Yenko stinger, fits us.
Thanks for sharing. Saved the page.

Thanks, nice little bit of history. I certainly liked a few of those and they will probably find their way on my little tether.

Test and tune
Good news is the engine runs great, bad news is the wheel could not handle the RPM and let go ripping to shreds my only good .020 mount that I have.
Oh well, that’s why we test these things out ahead of time. Now I am on the look out for a set of wheels that can handle the revs. Also a new .020 mount...

Thanks Jason! I may just take you up on that. I haven’t seen aluminum backplates just the aluminum tanks. Where did you find them?

Greg has requested that I send his e mail via request via PM.
If he doesn’t have any left, i can send you one of mine.
I just sent him a e mail asking if he has any inventory on the 020 mounts.

Sure hope it is a photo illusion and you did NOT bend the nose of the crank shaft...

Marley, thanks for that I’ll shoot him a message! I appreciate you posting the link. Is the mount bolt hole spacing the same as the plastic ones?
Fred, me too, I hadn’t even noticed that. I’ll look today, it landed on a plastic box about 10 ft away from the stand and not the concrete floor, so hopefully it’s just the photo.
