Note I tried a 3 blade 3x4.5 prop and matched the rpm of the 2 blade with a static
pitch speed of 75 mph. Will be interesting to see which prop unloads the most.

I have been letting the carbon fiber Zytel filament in the dryer for two days on the high setting before printing. The prints have a smoother surface finish by doing this. Also using Dimafix direct on glass leaves the bottom smoother vs using garolite LE and having to chisel it off.

With 80 units in the field it’s been mostly quiet as to how well they work.

Jason,

Sorry about the delay here, mostly due to our flying field being temporarily closed and sheltering at my daughters home for now.

Being the only parent she has left, I can understand her caution.
