Re: Where has the Traveling Prop Been?
It bounced across North America on the first pass, stopping a week at a time, except for maybe for a weather delay and a stint in Canadian customs. It was fun then. But maybe if its no longer holding people's interest, we should bring it on home before it disappears. That would suck, but we don't want to lose it.

Re: Where has the Traveling Prop Been?
I think it was just traveling east to west. From where it was when we started over.

Re: Where has the Traveling Prop Been?
That was the original plan but I then decided that it wouldn't hurt to let it go to Asia for a little vacation. I a still a little afraid though, I know some people from Malaysia that have said the mail system is poor there and they have "lost" many packages, especially packages from the US. With the prop being in a box really sold as a necklace box, I have been worried that it would get snatched up one of these days.duke.johnson wrote:I think it was just traveling east to west. If you don't want to pay the shipping costs to Malaysia, I'm sure we could get a fund going or ask one of the others on the list if they would want to be the one to ship it there.
Re: Where has the Traveling Prop Been?
You are starting to scare me about the shipping cost. What's the size and weight? I'll check the cost. It can't be that bad, can it?

Re: Where has the Traveling Prop Been?
It is light. The outer box is about the size of a small priority mail box.

Re: Where has the Traveling Prop Been?
Duke when I checked at my rural PO it was $12~$15 in a big envelope mailer ( the box easily fits)
I recommend insurance and for that I would place it in one of their size appropriate flat rate boxes
